Summary

This document is the Proceedings of the Meeting on Out scaling the Community-Based Flood Early Warning System (CBFEWS) in Pakistan. The meeting discussed the security and customs clearance. The participants emphasized developing the right framework for involving the right partners, including security agencies, for concrete outcomes.
