The presentation on Scoping Media Landscape: DRR and Information Systems was prepared and shared by Mr. Om Prakash Ghimire, Netizen Media during the Second National Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (NCDRR) organized by MoHA in partnership with USAID Tayar Nepal and DPNet Nepal. This particular presentation talks about disaster through the media lens, how media can be incorporated in spreading knowledge on disaster, how access, use, and trust of media in disaster can help in minimizing the disaster risk, the gaps till now and the way forward from the learnings till date.
