Summary

As per post disaster needs assessment, some of the identified damaged houses needs repair and retrofitting. Under the Government of Nepal (GoN) private housing reconstruction programme, a housing reconstruction grant is disbursed on the basis of repair and retrofitting of the damaged structures. The manual outlines the minimum intervention works that requires to the damages and to be eligible to get the tranches that will suppose to give under repair and retrofitting provision.
