This report was prepared by the NGO Federation of Nepal under the project title Strengthening Accountability and Governance in Nepal (SAGON); with the main topic “Work Force Diversity and Internal Control System in NGOs”. The main objective of the survey was to analyze the situation of workforce diversity and practices of internal control systems in NGOs.
The survey’s results in this document show encouraging progress in the project's logical framework. Workforce diversity in NGOs, including gender balance and inclusion of diverse communities, has been continuously improving. The positive changes in the indicators indicate the success of the SAGON project in enhancing NGO governance and management.
