The Disaster Preparedness Network-Nepal (DPNet-Nepal), a network of organizations working in the field of Disaster Management, is implementing “Humanitarism and Emergency Response” Project supported by Concern World wide Nepal for Disaster Risk Reduction. The project is designed to build the capacity of the partner organization, Civil Society in the district and local level on Humanitarian and Emergency Response in kalikot and jajarkot district. Conduction of training courses and development of District Disaster management plans are major activities planned under the project.
Thus, the DPNet-Nepal invites applications from all interested candidates for the position of “Training Officer” .
For detail, please see the attached Terms of Reference. The position is Kathmandu based with frequent field visit in a regular basis. All interested candidates are requested to send their CV with application reflecting their expected salary to dpnet@dpnet.org.np not later than 20th April, 2009.
