| Message : | The Disaster Preparedness Network-Nepal (DPNet-Nepal), a network of organizations working in the field of Disaster Management, is implementing Views From the Frontline Project supported by Global Network of Civil Society Organizations for Disaster Reduction. The project is designed to review the application of DRR priority actions outlined in Hyogo Framework for the action (HFA) 2005-2015 through analysing status of disaster situation, gaps, initiation taken and major contribution of DRR activities towards five priorities of HFA. Conduction of a comprehensive research and preparation of national report in view of the DRR perspective are major activities planned under the project.
Thus the DPNet-Nepal invites applications from all interested candidates for employment for following positions:
1) Project Coordinator: 1 (One)
2) Research Assistant: 1 (One)
For detail please see the attached Terms of Reference. Both positions are Kathmandu with frequent field visit in a regular basis. All interested candidates are requested to send their CV with application reflecting their expected salary to dpnet@dpnet.org.np not later than 30 November 2008.
